At CRAWL Martial Arts, we love seeing dojos bring parent & toddler martial arts to life in their communities. One dojo that’s made the program their own is Camal Judo, who recently wrapped up their first few sessions of Level 1 and are about to begin their Level 2 curriculum!
Camal CRAWL is guided by two dedicated mothers whose combined experience in early childhood development and jiu-jitsu creates a nurturing and skill-building environment. Their patience, professionalism, and deep understanding of young learners make the program both engaging and impactful.
Camal Judo shared this about their experience so far:
"Our families have absolutely loved being part of the Crawl Program! From the very first session, we could see how much fun the kids were having on the mat—and by just the second class, the growth was undeniable.
Their confidence has soared, and it's been amazing to watch them push their limits in such a supportive environment.
Not only are our kids discovering their own strength and proudly showing it off to friends and family, but we've also built genuine friendships with other families in the program.
The sense of community here is something really special.
The Crawl Program has been a fantastic addition to our dojo.
It's helping shape some amazing little tigers—strong, confident, and full of spirit. We’re so grateful to be part of it!"
Stories like these are exactly why the CRAWL Academy Membership exists—to help dojos create new opportunities for parents and children to bond, build confidence, and grow through martial arts. With ready-to-use lesson plans, character resources, and age-appropriate activities, dojos like Camal Judo can focus on what they do best: building community and teaching martial arts values from the very start.
We’re so proud of Camal Judo’s progress and can’t wait to see their little tigers thrive as they step into Level 2.
